Opening the fridge and kitchen cupboards

Clean out of the fridge all the stuff I know I need to remove! This includes:

Butter
Cheese
Mayo
Peanut butter
Sauces

Then ruthlessly sort out the unhealthy foodstuffs in the kitchen cupboards, such as:

Pasta, rice … the starches
Sugar and items soaked in sweetness

Now visit Fruit and Veg and stock up … mainly:

Tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, red pepper, broccolli, cauliflower, carrots
